1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bk866 platform and all its users. "bk866", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the bk866.bar website and all related services.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who accesses this site, creates an account, or uses any of its services. bk866 reserves the right to amend these terms, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. They are considered an integral part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and bonus privileges will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. If any information changes, please notify our support team immediately.

3 Account Security and Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether done by you or someone else.

If you believe your account security has been compromised or that it is being used without authorization, please change your password immediately and notify our support team. bk866 will never ask for your password.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at bk866 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We support the following payment methods:

• Nagad — instant deposit via mobile banking
• Rocket — instant deposit via mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposits through third parties are prohibited. Funds deposited must come from your own bank account or mobile wallet.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

The withdrawal method used must be consistent with the deposit method. bk866 will not approve any withdrawal without verifying the source of the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk866 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and a total of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, the winnings from that bonus will be withdrawable after placing total bets of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The original deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus has been used.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bk866 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Bonus benefits apply only to citizens and residents of Bangladesh.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Benefits

bk866 operates a four-tier VIP program for active members. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on your level of active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid subject to meeting specific conditions. bk866 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities and Usage Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk866 and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false information
• Abusing the bonus system or using fraudulent strategies
• Accessing or taking control of another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Intentionally exploiting errors or technical glitches
• Attempting hacking or cyberattacks
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person

8 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8.1 General Gaming Rules

• Suspicion of money laundering
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

9.2 User Rights

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Subject to fulfilling applicable wagering requirements, your remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

10 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
